Thank you for shopping with The Rooh Collection. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your pieces to you.
Processing Time
All orders are carefully packed and processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Options & Rates (within Canada, via Canada Post)
- Standard Shipping — $12 (3–5 business days). Free on all orders over $75.
- Express Shipping — $20 (1–2 business days).
Shipping times are calculated after your order has been processed. Estimates are provided by Canada Post and may vary during holidays or busy periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order is on its way, we'll email you a Canada Post tracking number so you can follow your piece home.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order is handed to Canada Post, delivery is in their care. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us at customerservice@theroohcollection.com and we'll do our best to help track it down.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
